We are so excited for our Get Fit Club! Mr. Bobby Lyle and myself are the leaders for this club. During our time together, students start with stretching and having their warm ups. Our warm ups include a variety of loco-motor skills such as walking, running, jumping, skipping, sliding, etc. Next, we split into groups for K-2nd and 3rd-5th. Each afternoon we participate in a variety of physical activities and fun games. Our goal is to help our NTES wildcats become more physically fit and encourage them to live healthier lifestyles.
