Principal's Message

Welcome to North Todd Elementary!  It is both an honor and a privilege to serve the students, families, and staff of this school.  Our theme this year is Brave. Strong. Smart. and is borrowed from the quote of A.A. Milne.  " You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."  These three powerful words will guide our learning, relationships, and growth throughout the academic year.  

At North Todd, we believe bravery means having the courage to try hard things, to speak up to voice how we think and feel, and stand up for what is right.  We believe smart is more than test scores.  We want to grow critical thinkers, develop questioning, and learn from both our successes and failures.  We believe strength shows up in perseverance, kindness, and teamwork.  

As we enter into another school year, I would like to encourage every student, staff member, family, and community member to embrace these values.  It is my hope that we will support one another, challenge ourselves, and celebrate our journey together.
