Mrs. Yvonne Rundall
Dear Families and Staff,
I am in my sixteenth year of education, thirteen of those years have been spent in the classroom and the last three years in an administrative role. Prior to teaching full time, I substitute taught for four years so that I could have the opportunity to spend time with my young child. I returned to school when my daughter entered kindergarten to finish my degree in Interdisciplinary Education at Austin Peay State University. I received my Masters in Reading/Language Arts through Walden University and my Rank I as a National Board Certified Teacher. I later received my certification in Administration at Western Kentucky University.
I am a lifelong native of Todd County and have developed positive relationships with many of the parents and students that come to our school. It is a great feeling in knowing that my students' parents trust that I will lead their child in a safe and caring environment.
When I started my career in education, I had no desire to be anything other than a teacher. I later, along with other duties that required me to utilize leadership qualities, developed a desire to be a part of the Aspiring Principal Program. This program opened the doors of opportunity to not only grow me as a better educator, but allowed me to obtain a role as an administrator. I am currently in my fourth year as an Assistant Principal at North Todd Elementary.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Yvonne Rundall
